Via Guide Presents Its Automated Queue Management
Via Guide has changed the queue management. A sensor analyses the customer flow in the queue and in front of the queue. Based on the customer flow, the Beltrac® Smart Gate is opened and closed automatically. This changes the queue layout 24/7 in the same way with the same trigger values.
The Automated Queue Management is a result of Via Guide’s integrated approach to customer flow management.
